I'm still tinkering with the morale rules but found they managed to cut down on slugfests and provide results that match the universe fiction of mechs carrying on for hundreds of years.

My mission layouts are done in Photoshop. I found forced withdrawal was a good idea, but seemed to kick in pretty late so functionally didn't change a whole lot.
I'm really enjoying following your campaign. What program do you use to layout your missions? They look pretty slick. davebhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07531919635590898334noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3627201667298914772.post-65628209646327205292020-05-22T13:12:38.938-04:002020-05-22T13:12:38.938-04:00Thanks Panzerkraken! I'm really happy that we've avoided the dreaded "last man standing" victory conditions which really kill a lot of my enjoyment with Battletech.Johnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03300726634407646984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3627201667298914772.post-60351226052103222922020-05-22T12:15:25.648-04:002020-05-22T12:15:25.648-04:00I love the way your rules work out that these situ...I love the way your rules work out that these situations arise. Most players would have kept on pushing, losing multiple mechs to the opposition and going for that 150 point objective. Very dramatic writeup and an enjoyable read.Panzerkrakenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03704460090663344778noreply@blogger.com
